Upholding a mission to create unique dining options in Dubai, COYA presents a Friday Brunch which is far apart from the ordinary. Launching this March, the city’s favourite Peruvian restaurant introduces brunch set within the comfort and taste of Latin America from customary starters to beverages counters, interactive main courses and the crowd-pleasing dessert platter brought right to the table.
From 12:30-4pm, through three packages, will embark on a journey through familiar Peruvian aromas and new concepts including the ceviche counters, which encourage patrons to work up an appetite, and explore a diverse range of causas, ceviches, tiraditos, tacos and salads to take back to their tables; as well as a pisco sour station, where guests can make their own using the fresh ingredients and garnishes available.
With freshness as a staple throughout COYA’s menu, taste buds are greeted with fresh guacamole made fresh at the table by skilled servers and paired with saltiness which can be found at a special counter that offers traditional Mexican beverages. Main courses made up of all COYA’s favourites and signature dishes are served straight to the plate on a rolling basis, and a large sharing dessert plate hits the sweet spot!
COYA’s brunch promises an amazing experience through colourful flavours, and continues the journey through its seating area which include a new elevated area on the terrace surrounded by green foliage and the fresh seasonal breeze. Large couches invite guests to dine as though they are in the comfort of their homes and encourage sharing as good food and great experiences should always be shared.
