Every moment at Nobu Doha is a pleasant one; from the warm Japanese welcome from the staff you receive upon arrival to the unparalleled contemporary atmosphere and décor throughout. Brunch is an integral part of Doha life and the Nobu brunch is one not to miss. With a plate of sushi, sashimi and california rolls delivered to your table upon arrival, live sushi, sashimi, oyster, ceviche and foie gras stations and a choice of tropical cocktails and mocktails, it leaves little left to be desired.
Whilst you’re munching through the sensational sushi, you’ll also be asked to select your main course from the à la carte menu. It is one main course per person and these range from the signature Black Cod and Rock Shrimp, to the more novice Salmon and Ikura pancakes and Eggs Benedict crispy rice. To end your culinary journey, you will be presented with a fruit platter and each choose a dessert.
Our suggestion is to opt for the two signature dishes of Black Cod and Rock Shrimp, as well as the Beef Tenderloin. ‘Melt in the mouth’ is the only word that can be used to describe all three dishes. For dessert, it’s got to be the Chocolate Bento Box. To compliment this taste sensation, try the Thai Mandarin Martini, flavoured with passion fruit liqueur and a selection of fruit sakes.
